Als Head of Process Management verantworten Sie die gruppenweite End-to-End-Prozesslandschaft der Rail Cargo Group. Sie schaffen die Voraussetzungen für effiziente, qualitativ hochwertige, skalierbare und digitalisierungsfähige Prozesse über Länder, Gesellschaften und Funktionen hinweg.

Ihr Job

* Sie bauen eine konzernweite Process Governance mit klaren Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Standards auf und entwickeln diese kontinuierlich weiter. * Sie treiben die Standardisierung und Harmonisierung der End-to-End-Prozesse über alle Rail Cargo-Gesellschaften und Funktionen hinweg voran und stellen deren gruppenweiten Rollout sowie die Befähigung der betroffenen Organisationseinheiten durch geeignete Trainings- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen sicher. * Sie stellen durch geeignete Kennzahlen und Reportingstrukturen Transparenz über die Prozessperformance sicher. * Sie identifizieren, priorisieren und steuern wesentliche gruppenweite Prozessoptimierungs- und Transformationsinitiativen und koordinieren dabei die bereichs- und länderübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Business und IT zur Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen. * Sie stellen die Einhaltung relevanter regulatorischer Anforderungen sowie die Weiterentwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung relevanter Managementsysteme und Zertifizierungen, einschließlich des eisenbahnspezifischen Sicherheitsmanagementsystems, sicher.

Ihr Profil

* Sie verfügen über Führungserfahrung im Bereich Process Management, Operational Excellence oder in Transformationsfunktionen im Konzernumfeld eines internationalen Unternehmens sowie über einschlägige Erfahrung in der Eisenbahnbranche oder einem vergleichbar komplexen, operativ geprägten Umfeld. * Sie haben Erfahrung mit eisenbahnspezifischen Sicherheitsmanagementsystemen sowie in der Standardisierung, Harmonisierung und Optimierung komplexer Geschäftsprozesse über Organisations- und Ländergrenzen hinweg. * Des Weiteren bringen Sie Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Transformationsinitiativen sowie im KPI- und Performance-Management mit. * Ihre nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Veränderungen in einer internationalen Matrixorganisation ohne direkte Linienverantwortung durch fachliche Führung und überzeugendes Stakeholdermanagement erfolgreich umzusetzen, zeichnet Sie aus. * Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Konfliktlösungskompetenz runden Ihr Profil ab.
