Als Procurement Manager ben je de drijvende kracht achter het volledige inkoopbeleid en de betrouwbaarheid van de toeleveringsketen over onze drie vestigingen. Je combineert een strategische visie op leveranciersrelaties en marktontwikkelingen met een mensgerichte, hands-on aansturing op de werkvloer.

  • Je leidt, inspireert en ondersteunt een gedreven team van een tiental aankopers (verdeeld over België en een deeltje net over de grens) en bezoekt wekelijks de verschillende sites om nauw in verbinding te staan met je team.
  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert het groepsbrede sourcingbeleid, onderhandelt complexe raamcontracten en formuleert proactieve strategieën voor besparingen en inflatiebeheer.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met internationale sleutelleveranciers, reist incidenteel voor leveranciersbezoeken en monitort geopolitieke en supply chain-risico’s om de bedrijfscontinuïteit te garanderen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Operations, Supply Chain en Plant Management om inkoopactiviteiten naadloos af te stemmen op productieplanningen en backlogs.
  • Je analyseert de inkoopprestaties kritisch, bewaakt de margins en stroomlijnt de end-to-end procurementprocessen binnen de organisatie.

Wie we zoeken:

  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een strategische aankoop- of sourcingrol, bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving, én ervaring in het aansturen van een team.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige leiderschapsmaturiteit en bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer dicht bij je mensen.
  • Je bent hoofdzakelijk gebaseerd op het HQ in het Scheldeland, maar bent bereid om wekelijks (ca. 1x/week per locatie) te reizen naar de sites in Vlaams-Brabant en net over de Franse grens.
  • Door de internationale setting en de locaties van de teams communiceer je uitstekend in het Nederlands en Engels, aangevuld met een goede, meer dan basiskennis van het Frans.
