Zur weiteren Professionalisierung unserer globalen Wertschöpfungs- und Lieferketten suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die den strategischen Einkauf von Grund auf aufbaut und n... 1 Head of Procurement & Strategic Sourcing (w/m/d) AUFGABEN * Aufbau, Führung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Procurement- und Strategic-Sourcing-Abteilung * Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten Einkaufs- und Sourcing-Strategie * Steuerung internationaler Lieferanten sowie Aufbau nachhaltiger Lieferantenbeziehungen mit Fokus auf Qualität, Kosten und Versorgungssicherheit * Aufbau und Management von Outsourced Manufacturing Services sowie Auswahl und Entwicklung externer Fertigungspartner * Eigenständige Durchführung komplexer Ausschreibungen sowie Preis-, Vertrags- und Rahmenvertragsverhandlungen * Entwicklung moderner Einkaufsprozesse, KPI- und Reportingstrukturen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Beschaffungsabläufe * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Operations, F&E, Qualität und Management zur Sicherstellung wirtschaftlicher und nachhaltiger Beschaffungsentscheidungen.

PROFIL * Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Führungserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, Procurement oder Strategic Sourcing eines produzierenden Unternehmens * Fundierte Erfahrung im internationalen Lieferantenmanagement, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt China * Know-how im Aufbau von Einkaufsorganisationen, Prozessen und professionellen Governance- sowie KPI-Strukturen * Verhandlungssicherheit sowie ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches und analytisches Verständnis * Kommunikationsstarke, unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie internationale Reisebereitschaft.
