Organisatie is een internationaal georiënteerde specialist in de productie van high-end kranen voor badkamers en keukens die nu zijn eerste stappen in Europa gaat zetten. Ze combineren moderne technieken met productieapparatuur en houden daarbij de trends van hoogwaardig modern modeontwerp nauwlettend in de gaten. In Australië en Nieuw Zeeland is hun formule enorm succesvol en dat succes willen ze nu door trekken in Europa. Cultuur binnen de club kun je omschrijven als ambitieus, korte lijntjes en altijd streven naar de hoogste kwaliteit en service. In Dordrecht staat hun gloednieuwe warehouse inclusief modern kantoor te wachten om in gebruik genomen te worden. De functie In deze rol ligt jouw focus op de expansie van het merk in Europa, te beginnen in Nederland. Je speelt een cruciale bij het bepalen van de product strategie, het begeleiden van innovatieve en technische processen en de projectplanning om hoogwaardige en commercieel succesvolle kranen te leveren. In deze rol ga je nauw samenwerking met marketing, engineering, qualitycontrol, supply chain en leveranciers om er voor te zorgen dat de producten voldoen aan de behoeften van de klant, wettelijke normen en merkpositionering.
