In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Führungsrolle in der Produktentwicklung und im Product Design Control für sterile Medizinprodukte und In-Vitro-Diagnostika. Sie sind Teil des globalen R&D Leadership Teams und gestalten aktiv die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Portfolios mit.

Leadership & Organisation

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines globalen Teams von Change- und Project Managern

* Verantwortung für alle Product Design Changes im Medizinprodukte- und IVD-Portfolio

* Weiterentwicklung, Coaching und Performance-Management der Teammitglieder

* Priorisierung von Aufgaben, Kapazitätsplanung sowie Ressourcen- und Kostenstellenverantwortung

Project Management & Produktentwicklung

* Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Bewertung des Produktentwicklungsprozesses

* Sicherstellung der termingerechten, budget- und zielkonformen Umsetzung des globalen I&D-Projektportfolios

* Sicherstellung der Compliance von Projekten und Änderungen mit geltenden regulatorischen Anforderungen

* Priorisierung und Koordination von Entwicklungsprojekten innerhalb der globalen Projektpipeline

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Innovation Management sowie internationalen Schnittstellenfunktionen

Stakeholder Management & Repräsentation

* Vertretung des Fachbereichs gegenüber Behörden, benannten Stellen, Kunden sowie internen Stakeholdern

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachexperten aus, Innovation & Development, Produktmanagement, Klinischen Fachbereichen, Qualitätssicherung, Produktion, Regulatory Affairs / Registrierung

Damit überzeugen Sie uns:

* Abgeschlossene relevante akademische Ausbildung, zB (Biomedical) Engineering, (Clinical) Chemistry, oder Material Science

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung von Medizinprodukten und in vitro Diagnostika in den Vorgaben der ISO 13485, 820 CFR, EU MDR und IVDR Regularien

* Erfahrung in relevanten aspekten des Lifecycle Management Prozess unter ISO 13485

* Erfahrung im direkten Umgang mit Behörden in Audits und Registrierungsprozessen

* Projektmanagement Erfahrung

* Erfahrung in Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeiter:innen

* Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikations-Fähigkeiten aus, auf Deutsch (mindestens B2) sowie Englisch und haben Freude an internationaler Kommunikation.
