Was für uns zählt

* Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Kombination aus Betriebswirtschaft und IT

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und in der Führung von mehreren Teams

* Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2 o. Ä.) und Anwendungserfahrung von agilen Methoden

* Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, gepaart mit einer beratungs- und konsensorientierten Herangehensweise

* Gewinnendes Auftreten und hohe Begeisterungsfähigkeit, die sich auch in professionellen Präsentationen zeigen

* Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie ergebnisorientierte Herangehensweise

* Reisebereitschaft im Ausmaß von 30%

* Gehobene Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils mindestens C1-Niveau)

Ihr Beitrag bei uns

* Führung der Projektleiter:innen mit ihren Projektteams von Planung bis Ausrollung eines Projekts inkl. Change Management

* Koordination von internationalen Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungs-Projekten in der Baumaschinentechnik, wie z.B.

** die Digitalisierung von Werkstattprozessen

** Aufbau eines digitalen Servicepoint-Portals für relevante Maschinendaten und Anwendungen

** die Weiterentwicklung des STRABAG Telematiksystems europaweit für über 60.000 Geräte

** Prozessautomatisierung und Integration von Robotiklösungen

* Analyse, Priorisierung und Umsetzung von (KI-) Use Cases zur Optimierung unserer internen Abläufe

* Zentrale Schnittstelle zu allen internen und externen Stakeholder:innen (einzelne Projektteams, Koordinator:innen unserer 18 Länder in Mittel- und Osteuropa, Fachbereiche des Konzerns, externe Dienstleister:innen, etc.)

* Proaktive Bewerbung der Projekte und Applikationen gegenüber unseren Kund:innen

* Qualitäts-, Budget- und Terminmanagement sowie Projektreporting
