Your tasks * Take overall responsibility for the real estate strategy and long-term development of our European store portfolio, with a focus on growth, profitability and sustainable location quality * Lead, develop and support the Retail Real Estate Team, ensuring clear priorities, efficient collaboration and continuous team development * Take overall responsibility for budgeting and investment planning for the existing store portfolio as well as expansions, renovations, maintenance and other real estate projects, including forecasting and ongoing cost control * Lead key lease and location negotiations and support the team in strategically or commercially relevant negotiations with landlords and business partners * Prepare strategic decision-making materials for investments and approvals, and conduct regular portfolio, budget and project reviews with management and the Board

Our requirements * A degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration or a related field or an equivalent qualification * At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Retail Real Estate, Expansion, Portfolio Management or Commercial Real Estate, ideally within an international or European retail environment * Experience in a leadership role with strategic responsibility, combined with a passion for developing and supporting a small team of experts, both professionally and individually * Strong experience in lease and portfolio management, as well as a proven track record in negotiations with landlords, shopping centers and other real estate partners * A strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a hands-on approach when it comes to key locations, negotiations and projects * A confident and convincing communication style when working with Senior Management, the Board and external business partners, along with the ability to structure complex topics and provide clear recommendations for decision-making * Very good German and English skills * Willingness to travel regularly within Europe (approx. 30-50%)

We offer you * The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement is 3.345,33 gross per month for a 40-hour work week, based on full fulfillment of the job profile.
