Zeven sectoren liggen aan de kern van ons bestaan: water, energie, mobiliteit, telecom, landschap, recycling en sleufloze technieken. Deze activiteiten voeren we uit met meer dan 2.600 medewerkers binnen BENELUX en Duitsland. Binnen onze fiberactiviteiten werken verschillende business units samen aan de realisatie van grootschalige infrastructuurprojecten. Voor de verdere professionalisering van deze samenwerking zijn we op zoek naar een Head of Services. In deze rol bewaak je de uitvoering van de afgesproken diensten en contractuele engagementen. Zo volg je de operationele uitvoering en levering van de graaf- en installatiewerken nauwgezet op. Jij neemt vervolgens de opvolging en kwaliteitsbewaking van deze dienstverlening op: je controleert of de gemaakte afspraken worden nagekomen, volgt prestaties en kwaliteit op en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je vormt daarbij een belangrijke schakel tussen de operationele organisatie, de interne stakeholders en de opdrachtgever. Je bewaakt het contract, signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken, kwaliteit en serviceniveau continu worden opgevolgd.

Jobomschrijving

Coördineren van de verschillende activiteiten en ondersteunende processen binnen het fiberprogramma.Zorgen voor een duidelijke afstemming tussen de betrokken business units en stakeholders.Organiseren en opvolgen van overlegmomenten en gezamenlijke acties.Bewaken dat afspraken en beslissingen over de verschillende entiteiten heen worden opgevolgd.Signaleren van knelpunten en aandachtspunten die de werking van het programma kunnen beïnvloeden.Zorgen voor transparante rapportering en communicatie richting de Program Director en relevante stakeholders.Ondersteunen van de Business Unit Managers bij programmaoverschrijdende dossiers en vraagstukken.Initiëren en opvolgen van verbeteracties op het niveau van de samenwerking en dienstverlening.Problemen die niet binnen de verantwoordelijkheid van de betrokken business unit kunnen worden opgelost, tijdig escaleren.Bijdragen aan een uniforme en professionele werking over de verschillende business units heen.

Ervaring in een coördinerende, programmatische of ondersteunende functie binnen een complexe organisatie.Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en samenwerking over verschillende teams of business units heen.Organisatorisch sterk en in staat om verschillende dossiers en belangen samen te brengen.Analytisch ingesteld en sterk in opvolging en rapportering.Je communiceert duidelijk en weet wanneer je moet bijsturen of escaleren.Ervaring binnen infrastructuur, telecom, fiber of een vergelijkbare projectomgeving is een sterke troef.Je hebt voldoende maturiteit om op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie te schakelen.Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de opvolging van transversale dossiers.
