Führe ein internationales Site-Management-Team und gestalte weltweite Großprojekte im Wasserkraftbereich aktiv mit. Bringe deine Erfahrung ein und optimiere Prozesse, Ressourcen und Standards.

Deine Aufgaben - das erwartet Dich

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des internationalen Site-Management-Teams

* Verantwortung für die Personaleinsatzplanung und Koordination mehrerer Baustellen und Standorte weltweit

* Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Kalkulationen, Ausschreibungen und technischen Angebotsprüfungen

* Steuerung und Begleitung internationaler Personalentsendungen einschließlich arbeitsrechtlicher, administrativer und steuerlicher Themen

* Weiterentwicklung von Kompetenzen und Standards in den Bereichen Revitalisierung, Small Hydro XL und HSE

* Sicherstellung einer effizienten Ressourcenplanung sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen

* Unterstützung der Projektteams bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Großprojekten hinsichtlich Qualität, Sicherheit, Terminen und Kosten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Engineering, Vertrieb sowie weiteren internationalen Projektbeteiligten

Dein Profil - das bringst Du mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung

* Mindestens 10 Jahre Baustellenerfahrung als Supervisor, Site Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem internationalen Projekt- oder Baustellenumfeld

* Erfahrung in der Koordination mehrerer Standorte und Teams

* Fundierte Erfahrung bei Großprojekten, idealerweise im Bereich Wasserkraftanlagen

* Ausgeprägte organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten

* Unternehmerisches Denken sowie hohe Lösungs- und Ergebnisorientierung

* Entsprechende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

* Internationale Reisebereitschaft
