Deine Mission

* Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung der Projektleiter-Teams in AT und CH

* Gesamtverantwortung für Bau- und Store-Konzepte in AT und CH: Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung vor Ort

* Budgetverantwortung für Bau- und Projektkosten sowie Kosten-Tracking und Controlling

* Verhandlung und Abschluss von Rahmen-, Werk- und Wartungsverträgen

* Unterstützung der Märkte bei Umbauten, POS-Gestaltung und Ladeneinrichtung

* Schnittstellenverantwortung zu Märkten sowie internen und internationalen Fachabteilungen

Dein Match mit uns

* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und umfassende betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Retail Management/Store Concepts mit nachweisbarer Führungserfahrung

* Erfahrung in Rollouts, Budget- und Vertragsmanagement sowie in Ausschreibungen und Vergaben

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie hohe Sozialkompetenz

* Zielorientierte, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hohem persönlichem Engagement

* Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Regionen; sehr gute Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
