Binnen deze internationale omgeving staan ondernemerschap, korte communicatielijnen en een no-nonsense aanpak centraal. Ze investeert voortdurend in optimalisatie, energiebeheer en controlesystemen om consistente resultaten te garanderen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je stroomlijnt de Europese productie- en capaciteitsplanning door vraag, voorraad, grondstoffencapaciteit en marges continu op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Je leidt het S&OP-proces op groepsniveau en brengt Sales, Operations, Procurement en Finance samen rond een gedragen en financieel onderbouwd actieplan.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Business Controller om planningsdata, KPI's en bottleneck-scenario's te vertalen naar concrete operationele beslissingen.
  • Je optimaliseert master data en MRP-processen binnen SAP en bouwt praktijkgerichte dashboards in Excel en Power BI ter ondersteuning van lokale planners.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je bezit een Masterdiploma (Supply Chain of Economisch) en 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in capaciteits- of productieplanning binnen een industriële context.
  • Je hebt grondige expertise in S&OP, MRP en ERP-omgevingen zoals SAP (kennis van SAP IBP of S/4HANA is een sterke troef).
  • Je bent analytisch scherp ingesteld, begrijpt de financiële impact van planning op de operationele marge en werkt vlot met Excel en Power BI.
  • Je beschikt over sterke stakeholder management skills in het Nederlands en Engels, gecombineerd met een hands-on mentaliteit en bereidheid tot reizen in Europa.
