MOND Tandartsenpraktijken en Benedenti hebben de handen in elkaar geslagen en bundelen nu hun krachten om samen de toegankelijkheid, kwaliteit en innovatie in de mondzorgsector te versterken. De fusiegroep bestaat uit 26 tandartspraktijken, 3 in-house tandtechnische labo’s en telt 197 behandelstoelen, waarmee ze haar maatschappelijke rol als drijvende kracht voor toegankelijke en duurzame mondzorg verder uitbouwt.

Jobomschrijving

Als Head of Talent Acquisition Dental verbind jij toptalent in de dentale sector met de groeistrategie van MOND BENEDENTI. In een sector waar zorgprofessionals- en tandartsen in het bijzonder- schaars zijn, bouw jij een duurzame, proactieve en datagedreven wervingsstrategie uit naar deze doelgroep.

Jij neemt de regie over het instroomproces; door gerichte talentmapping en sourcing garandeer je een kwalitatieve talent-pipeline.

Voor de externe marktprofilering en employer branding-campagnes werk je nauw samen met de Community & Employer Branding Manager. Je rapporteert aan de CEO en stemt nauw af met de HR Manager, die de rol overneemt vanaf de onboarding.

Verantwoordelijkheden

1. Recruitment Strategie & Sourcing

· Je ontwikkelt een toekomstgerichte wervingsstrategie voor tandartsen. Je rolt deze structureel uit over de hele groep.

· Je staat in voor actief sourcen en benaderen van talent via diverse kanalen, netwerken en recruitment (marketing) tools.

· Je beheert het volledige proces: van de eerste contactname en screening tot de onderhandeling over loon- en samenwerkingsvoorwaarden.

2. Employer Branding & Netwerk

· Samen met de Community Manager zet je sterke employer branding-campagnes en doelgroepgerichte arbeidsmarktcommunicatie op.

· Je initieert en onderhoudt strategische partnerships met universiteiten en beroepsverenigingen. Je bent aanwezig op relevante events waar je de tandartspopulatie kan ontmoeten en inspireren voor het MOND BENEDENTI verhaal.

· Je bewaakt een inspirerende en vlotte ‘candidate journey’ die de cultuur en professionaliteit van MOND BENEDENTI weerspiegelt.

3. Advies & Stakeholdermanagement

· Je bent expert en sparringpartner voor de directie en de regio- en praktijkmanagers.

· Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze overdracht van aangeworven kandidaten naar de HR Manager en de L&D Coördinator. Zij bouwen via onboarding en gerichte opleidingen verder aan een duurzame relatie en retentie.

· Je monitort en stuurt op recruitment-KPi’s die de basis vormen voor een people en data driven rekruteringsbeleid.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een Master- of Bachelordiploma in een relevant studiedomein.
  • Je brengt minstens 5 tot 8 jaar ervaring mee in een verantwoordelijke recruitmentrol. Een achtergrond in talent acquisition of headhunting, gecombineerd met corporate recruitment, is een grote troef.
  • Ervaring binnen een multisite context, de zorgsector of een omgeving met uitgesproken knelpuntberoepen is een sterke plus.
  • Je bent een sterke netwerker met uitstekende onderhandelings- en overtuigingskracht.
  • Je werkt procesmatig en datagedreven, en bent vertrouwd met moderne ATS-systemen, recruitmenttechnologieën en directe sourcingtechnieken.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die vlot de brug slaat tussen Marketing, HR, directie en behandelaren.
