WAS DICH ERWARTET

Strategisches Netzdesign & Kapazitätsplanung: Du hinterfragst das bestehende AT/CEE-Außenlagernetzwerk kritisch, bewertest es systematisch und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die langfristige Standortoptimierung sowie die bedarfsgerechte Skalierung der Lagerkapazitäten.

Führung der Regionalebene: Du führst die Regionalleiter disziplinarisch, etablierst eine einheitliche Führungskultur und entwickelst die Regionalleiter Logistik gezielt weiter.

Budget-Governance & KPI-Controlling: Du trägst die konsolidierte Budgetverantwortung für den Bereich Warehousing und behältst die übergreifenden Performance- und Kosten-KPIs kontinuierlich im Blick.

Qualitätssicherung & Joint Visits: Du definierst überregionale Qualitäts- und Audit-Maßstäbe und führst Standort- sowie Kalibrierungsaudits im Rahmen gemeinsamer Hausbesuche mit den Regionalleitern durch.

Schnittstellen-Alignment: Du agierst als zentraler Sparringspartner für den Bereich Sales bei Expansionsvorhaben und steuerst die bereichsübergreifenden Schnittstellen verlässlich.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

Dein Bildungsweg: Du hast dein Studium der Logistik, des Supply Chain Managements oder der BWL (oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung) erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

Deine Kompetenzen: Du bringst mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Logistik- und Warehouse-Umfeld mit - idealerweise bereits mit mehrjähriger Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Leitungsfunktion. Du beherrschst die Steuerung komplexer Netzwerke ebenso souverän wie die Budgetverantwortung im Warehousing und das zielgerichtete KPI-Controlling. Du kommunizierst auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Deine Stärken: Du überzeugst durch strategisches Denken, ein starkes Verantwortungsgefühl, spürbare Führungsstärke und eine ausgeprägte Teamorientierung.

Deine Arbeitsweise: Du gehst Aufgaben analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert an und steuerst Schnittstellen stets verlässlich.
