In ons kantoor te Diegem ga je aan het werk als Headhunter/ Recruiter. Onze business development managers kunnen bij jou terecht voor nieuw toptalent. Jij weet precies welke profielen we nodig hebben, want je kent de profielen door en door. Dankzij onze tools en jouw mensenkennis vind je de beste kandidaten en die breng je altijd op de juiste plaats. Elke match geeft jou een boost! Daarvoor gooi je je commerciële skills in de strijd.

Je staat in voor het rekruteren/ headhunten van potentials, experts en freelancers binnen het Order 2 Cash segment. Je gaat proactief op zoek naar potentiële medewerkers waarmee je een lange termijnrelatie opbouwt. Je staat in voor de selectie en screening van potentiële medewerkers voor de openstaande vacatures en voor de verdere uitbouw van onze database. Je begeleidt hen doorheen het proces tot de loonbespreking en indiensttreding. Je volgt alles van nabij op en plaatst het juiste talent op het juiste project.

Jij bent een enthousiaste matchmaker tussen talentvolle kandidaten en topprojecten. We werken met en voor mensen en daarin ben jij als echte people-lover de spil.

  • Je behaalde bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma en kanalen zoals Linkedin en andere jobboards kennen geen geheimen voor jou.
  • Je hebt een kritisch oog en kan het kaf van het koren scheiden.
  • Daarnaast heb je een passie voor de mensen, maar is het jouw aanstekelijke enthousiasme dat de kandidaat over de streep zal trekken.
  • Ownership is jouw second name en je gaat steeds voor het beste resultaat.
  • Door jouw eerdere ervaring(en) binnen Recruitment ben je in no time on top of business.

  • Uitstekende professionele communicatievaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Frans.
  • Stressbestendigheid in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Efficiënte organisatie en beheer van meerdere taken.
  • Veelzijdigheid, reactievermogen en grondigheid bij het uitvoeren van verantwoordelijkheden en administratieve follow-up.
  • Ervaring met LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Vertrouwd zijn met basiscomputerprogramma's (Excel, Word,...)
