Samen met een collega draag je zorg voor de bezetting op maandag t/m donderdag van 09:30 uur tot 16:00 uur. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen over wonen met zorg en zorgt ervoor dat het verhuurproces goed verloopt. Door samen te werken, maken we het verschil in het leven van de mensen. Dit zie je in onze woonzorglocaties, waar mensen wonen met zorg. Met huishoudelijke hulp, waarbij we ontlasten in het onderhoud van een schoon huis. Met ambulante begeleiding, waar we mensen helpen zelfstandig te blijven en hun eigen regie te behouden. Zo zorgen we dat onze cliënten meer kunnen genieten van het leven. Functiebeschrijving Als Medewerker Adviesbureau ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor mensen die geïnteresseerd zijn in wonen met zorg binnen De ZorgZaak. Je ondersteunt toekomstige bewoners en hun naasten vanaf het eerste contactmoment en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich welkom voelen. Door goed te luisteren naar hun wensen, behoeften en persoonlijke situatie geef je passend advies over de mogelijkheden binnen onze drie woonlocaties. Je ondersteunt het aanmeld- en verhuurproces, van de eerste kennismaking tot de uiteindelijke verhuizing. Daarbij verstrek je informatie over wonen met zorg, beschikbare appartementen en de verschillende financieringsmogelijkheden binnen de ouderenzorg. Je organiseert rondleidingen, onderhoudt contact met woningzoekenden en houdt hen op de hoogte van beschikbare woonruimte. Daarnaast beheer je wachtlijsten en draag je bij aan een optimale bezetting van onze woonlocaties.
