Wat ga je doen?

  • Je staat in voor het patiëntenonthaal, -registratie en afsprakenplanning.
  • Je maakt afspraken voor consultaties en medisch technisch onderzoek op verschillende diensten.
  • Je regelt de dagopnames en volgt deze verder op.
  • Je geeft de operatieplanning door aan het OK.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen (telefonisch of via mail).

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je behaalde een bachelor diploma health care management, een diploma in een administratieve (medische) richting of hebt gelijkwaardige competenties door ervaring.
  • Je bezit voldoende kennis medische terminologie.
  • Je bent patiëntvriendelijk en communicatief.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan oplossingsgericht werken.
  • Je bent computervaardig met een zeer goede kennis van MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
