Dan hebben wij een uitdagende rol voor jou! Als Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en verbeteren van ons EHS-managementsysteem. Je zorgt dat procedures voldoen aan wettelijke eisen en interne richtlijnen, coördineert risicobeoordelingen en compliance-audits, en volgt acties nauwkeurig op. Als EHS Coördinator analyseer je incidenten en trends, informeert het management en leidt onderzoeken naar EHS-incidenten. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor interne EHS-vergaderingen en ondersteun je trainingen om het veiligheidsbewustzijn te vergroten. Samen met operationele teams werk je aan het verbeteren van de werkomgeving, voer je audits en inspecties uit en draag je bij aan het ontwikkelen van veiligheidsprocedures. Ook beheer je de noodvoorbereiding en coördineer je de BHV-organisatie. Wat breng jij mee als onze nieuwe EHS Coördinator? · Je beschikt over een relevante opleiding in veiligheidskunde (bijvoorbeeld HVK of MVK). · Je hebt minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare EHS-rol, bij voorkeur in een magazijn- of productieomgeving. · Je hebt kennis van Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving, machinerichtlijnen en bent vertrouwd met ISO14001 en ISO45001 managementsystemen. · Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, en weet met jouw organisatietalent en oplossingsgerichtheid mensen te motiveren en te overtuigen. · Je bent flexibel, kunt snel schakelen in een dynamische werkomgeving en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
