In regio Deinze kom je terecht bij een internationale machinebouwer die zijn oplossingen volledig in eigen beheer ontwerpt, produceert en opvolgt. Met zo'n 300 medewerkers en een sterk uitgebouwde productieomgeving combineert het bedrijf lokale verankering met een wereldwijd klanten- en servicenetwerk.

Door een geïntegreerde aanpak, van engineering tot productie en service, zijn de beslissingslijnen kort en zie je als HSE-professional rechtstreeks de impact van jouw werk op de volledige organisatie. De recente investering in een nieuw bedrijfsgebouw onderstreept bovendien de sterke groeiplannen voor de komende jaren.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als HSE Engineer bouw je het volledige HSE-beleid uit en stuur je veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en energie op strategisch niveau aan
  • Je zet preventie- en verbeteracties op en verankert deze binnen de organisatie
  • Risicoanalyses, incidenten en arbeidsongevallen vertaal je naar concrete en duurzame verbetermaatregelen
  • Verder organiseer je inspecties, keuringen en medische onderzoeken en volg je de wettelijke verplichtingen op
  • Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, management, vakbonden en externe instanties
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een technische richting, aangevuld met Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 en bij voorkeur Milieucoördinator A
  • Daarnaast heb je reeds ervaring binnen HSE, arbeidsveiligheid en samenwerking met sociale partners in een industriële omgeving
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in Nederlands en Engels
