The posting

Voor een internationale productieomgeving in de regio Brussel zijn we op zoek naar een Health & Safety Manager. In deze hands-on managementfunctie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen, coördineren en optimaliseren van het veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieubeleid binnen een industriële productieomgeving. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer, werkt nauw samen met operatoren, leidinggevenden en het management en weet veiligheid op een pragmatische en overtuigende manier te vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk. Met jouw zichtbare aanwezigheid en coachende aanpak draag je actief bij aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur, een conforme werkomgeving en een organisatie waar continue verbetering centraal staat.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen, implementeren en opvolgen van het veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieubeleid binnen de organisatie.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses uit, onderzoekt incidenten en arbeidsongevallen en werkt preventieve verbeteracties uit om een veilige werkomgeving te waarborgen.
  • Je adviseert, begeleidt en sensibiliseert medewerkers en leidinggevenden rond veiligheid, welzijn en de geldende wet- en regelgeving, met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders en draagt actief bij aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur en een beleid van continue verbetering.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 en hebt een sterke kennis van de geldende welzijns- en veiligheidswetgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een industriële of technische omgeving en voelt je thuis op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent een hands-on professional die medewerkers weet te coachen, overtuigen en enthousiasmeren rond veiligheid en welzijn.
  • Je communiceert vlot op verschillende niveaus, werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd.
