Farmaceutisch / Zorg Amsterdam 32 - 40 Deels thuiswerken Over de functie Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken wij een Healthcare Compliance Manager. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en verbeteren van het lokale compliance beleid gericht op samenwerking met zorgprofessionals, patiëntenorganisaties en andere relevante partners. Je draagt zorg voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving, interne richtlijnen en gedragscodes zoals de CGR en EFPIA. Je voert risicoanalyses uit, biedt ondersteuning aan de business bij compliance vraagstukken, organiseert trainingen en bevordert een integere werkomgeving. Je rapporteert aan de Medical Director Belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - opzetten en onderhouden van het Healthcare Compliance Programma; - risico's signaleren, rapporteren en passende beheersmaatregelen voorstellen; - adviseren van interne stakeholders over compliance binnen een veranderende regelgeving; - onderzoeken en opvolgen van compliance-incidenten; - ontwikkelen en verzorgen van compliancegerichte trainingen; - ondersteunen van een cultuur waarin naleving van regels vanzelfsprekend is. Functie-eisen - Masterdiploma met een focus op rechten, bedrijfskunde, biomedische wetenschappen en/of professionele opleiding in Healthcare compliance en/of biofarmaceutisch; - minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de farmaceutische industrie; - kennis van de CGR-richtlijnen en relevante wet- en regelgeving; - ervaring met projectmatig werken; - uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; -...
