Jessa biedt samen met haar 3250 medewerkers en 450 artsen op 4 locaties topklinische geneeskunde, warme, hoogkwalitatieve patiëntenzorg en een uitmuntende patiëntervaring. Over de job

Als medisch secretaresse ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen ons team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van de Multidisciplinaire Oncologische Consulten (MOC's) en voor het tijdig, volledig en correct registreren van de MOC-vergaderingen, de invoering hiervan in het kankerregister en de verslaggeving naar de huisarts en de mutualiteit.

Dit houdt in:

  • Het organiseren van MOC: Klaarmaken van de MOC bundels, distributie en ophaling van MOC bundels, nazicht MOC bundels op volledigheid, contact opnemen met arts/MOC coördinator ter finalisatie van bundel, afgewerkte bundels versturen naar facturatie.
  • Registratie MOC: Tijdige en correcte registratie voor het kankerregister en het RIZIV, status overzicht bijwerken en bewaken in intern overzichtsdocument (Excel).
  • Verslaggeving MOC: MOC verslag opmaken voor huisarts en mutualiteit.
  • Algemeen: Ondersteuning bij voorbereiding en bijdrage dienstoverleg, nemen van initiatieven ter verbetering van de dienstwerking en realisatie van dienstdoelstellingen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Bachelordiploma, optie Healthcare Management Assistant;
  • Beperkte kennis van medische topics en terminologie;
  • Nauwkeurig, plichtsbewust, flexibel;
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsvolle handelingen in functie van de dienst.
