Als heftruckbestuurder laadmagazijn (ook bekend als heftruckchauffeur, reachtruckchauffeur of logistiek medewerker) kom je terecht in een dynamisch en hecht logistiek team. In onze ultramoderne magazijnomgeving speel je een sleutelrol in het verzendklaar maken en laden van onze hoogwaardige producten. Samen met je collega-magazijniers en laders/lossers zorg je ervoor dat elke lading veilig, correct en stipt op transport gaat.

Opleiding en ervaring: Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als heftruckbestuurder, heftruckchauffeur of magazijnmedewerker heftruck. Een geldig heftruckattest is een absoluut pluspunt.

Vaardigheden: Goed ruimtelijk inzicht, oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit, en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om vlot met je teamgenoten en vrachtwagenchauffeurs te schakelen.

Probleemoplossend vermogen: Je bent stressbestendig, werkt proactief en ziet uit jezelf waar logistieke ondersteuning nodig is.

Specifieke vereisten:

Goede beheersing van het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk) voor een veilige communicatie op de werkvloer.

Flexibiliteit om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel (vroege en late ploeg).

Technologische vaardigheden: Basiskennis van pc-gebruik voor eenvoudige administratieve taken (zoals het inscannen van goederen en printen van verzendlabels).

Laden en lossen: Veilig en efficiënt laden van afgewerkte goederen in vrachtwagens met de heftruck, evenals het lossen van retourgoederen of verpakkingsmaterialen.

Interne goederenverplaatsing: Verplaatsen van paletten en afgewerkte producten van de productie- en inpakafdeling naar de juiste locaties in het laadmagazijn.

Magazijnbeheer & Voorraad: Correct stapelen en stockeren van goederen om een optimaal en overzichtelijk laadmagazijn te garanderen.

Administratieve afhandeling: Registreren van uitgaande goederen in het computersysteem en het aanmaken en kleven van de juiste verzendlabels.

Kwaliteits- en Veiligheidscontrole: Uitvoeren van een visuele inspectie op verpakkingen en ladingen, en strikt naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften (Zero-Harm visie).
