Als logistiek medewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen veilig en efficiënt worden verplaatst, zodat alles soepel blijft verlopen. Je start vanuit de flexpool en wordt in eerste instantie opgeleid voor werkzaamheden op het uitpekelstation. Bij wederzijdse tevredenheid zijn er mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar een vaste plek binnen een ploeg. Beschik je over een geldig heftruckcertificaat? Dan kun je ook worden ingezet als heftruckchauffeur. Heb je nog geen certificaat, maar wel ervaring met het rijden op een heftruck? Geen probleem. Via Start People krijg je de mogelijkheid om je heftruckcertificaat te behalen.

FrieslandCampina biedt volop kansen om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Zo kun je doorgroeien naar functies zoals expeditiemedewerker of operator. Daarnaast ondersteun je waar nodig bij diverse werkzaamheden, waaronder schoonmaakwerkzaamheden op de afdeling.
