Klaar voor actie? Over het werk Voor een bollenbedrijf in 't Zand zoeken wij een heftruckchauffeur die in het hoogseizoen van november tot en met februari wilt knallen. Je werkt hier samen met een gezellig team van 10 andere chauffeurs, en ondersteunt samen de productielijn. Dat betekent snel schakelen, lekker gevarieerd werk, goed samenwerken en vooruitdenken. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productie blijft draaien en de juiste spullen op de juiste plek terechtkomen. Inzicht heb je, initiatief pak je. Overdrachten regel je netjes zodat de ochtendploeg meteen weer lekker door kan. Goed om te weten, je rijdt op Linde heftrucks die allemaal dezelfde instellingen hebben. Je hoeft je dus geen zorgen te maken dat je steeds opnieuw je heftruck moet instellen. Om je werk makkelijker te maken, gebruik je een scanner die precies aangeeft waar elke partij bloembollen hoort en hoeveel kratten er verwerkt moeten worden. Goede beheersing van Nederlands of vloeiend Engels is belangrijk. De werkgever besteedt veel aandacht aan het welzijn van het personeel. In de avonddienst krijg je een vers gekookte maaltijd geserveerd in de kantine: geen opwarmmaaltijden, maar écht lekker eten!
