Voor hun productieafdeling zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren heftruckchauffeur/operator in 2 ploegen die ons technisch team komt versterken

Als heftruckchauffeur/operator ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces en combineer je logistieke taken met operationeel werk aan de productielijnen

Takenpakket:

  • Je staat in voor het intern transport van verpakte goederen en verpakkingsmaterialen met behulp van een heftruck
  • Je bevoorraadt de verpakkingslijnen zodat het productieproces vlot blijft verlopen
  • Je stockeert goederen op hoogte (tot 8 à 9 meter) op een veilige en nauwkeurige manier
  • Je staat in voor het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens
  • Je etiketteert en zet paletten klaar voor verzending
  • Je bedient, stelt in en bouwt productiemachines en -lijnen om

Je bewaakt het productieproces en stuurt bij waar nodig

  • Je voert controles uit op procesparameters en kwaliteit
  • Je grijpt in bij kleine technische storingen en zorgt voor een snelle oplossing
  • Je werkt afwisselend als operator en heftruckchauffeur (combinatiefunctie)
  • Je past strikt de veiligheids- en hygiëneregels toe binnen de productieomgeving

Je start de eerste weken met een opleiding aan de depalletiser, zodat je de werking van het proces goed leert kennen.

Nadien krijg je ook de kans om andere posities binnen de productie aan te leren. Het grootste deel van je tijd zal je ingezet worden als heftruckchauffeur.

Wanneer alle heftruckchauffeurs aanwezig zijn, kan het zijn dat je tijdelijk aan de productielijn wordt ingepland.

Dit is niet je hoofdtaak, maar het is wel belangrijk dat je hier flexibel in bent en openstaat voor ondersteuning op andere werkposten wanneer nodig. Voor deze functie zoeken we een stabiele en gemotiveerde kandidaat met technische affiniteit en ervaring in een productieomgeving. Je hebt minstens 4 à 5 jaar ervaring met de heftruck (reachtruck is een plus)

Je bent zeer vaardig in het werken op hoogte en kan stabiel rijden (tot 8–9 meter) Je hebt ervaring met het bedienen, instellen en ombouwen van productiemachines Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en kan kleine storingen zelfstandig aanpakken Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken Je werkt nauwkeurig, veilig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit

Je beheerst het Nederlands en hebt noties van het Engels Je hebt een basiskennis van PC en kan met systemen werken

Je bent flexibel en bereid om een combinatie van taken uit te voeren (50% heftruck / 50% operator) Je bent fysiek geschikt om te werken in een productieomgeving

Je hebt een stabiel werkverleden en bent op zoek naar een job op lange termijn Ervaring in de voedingssector is een pluspunt
