Introductie Als Heftruckmonteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en keuren van verschillende soorten heftrucks, hoogwerkers en klein materieel. Je voert regelmatig onderhoudsbeurten uit, identificeert en verhelpt storingen, en zorgt ervoor dat de heftrucks in optimale staat verkeren. Daarnaast bied je technische ondersteuning aan het verkoop- en serviceteam. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband en draagt bij aan de algemene efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid van het bedrijf. Je belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Storingen oplossen en technische problemen snel en efficiënt verhelpen; - Keuringen uitvoeren aan de Heftruck of Hoogwerkers; - Als gezicht van het bedrijf ben je representatief bij klanten en zorg je voor een professionele uitstraling; - Klanten adviseren en informeren over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en toekomstig onderhoud; - Zelfstandig werken in een flexibele en afwisselende werkomgeving met verschillende taken en situaties. Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een leverancier van machines zoals heftrucks, hoogwerkers, stapelaars, palletwagens en nog veel meer. Zij kopen gebruikte machines in en knappen deze vervolgens op om weer gereed te maken voor de verkoop of de verhuur. Daarnaast verzorgen zij ook de benodigde keuringen voor de machines, zowel op locatie bij de klant als in de eigen werkplaats.
