Wir sind ein Zuhause für pflegebedürftige SeniorInnen, das sich dem Wohlbefinden und der individuellen Pflege seiner BewohnerInnen mit viel Herz widmet.

Das Wohn- und Pflegeheim St. Josef liegt im Herzen von Längenfeld und bietet eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre für alle, die bei uns leben.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung 1 Heimhelfer_in IHRE AUFGABEN:

- Betreuung von pflegedürftigen Menschen

- Pflegedokumentation

- Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege

IHR ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

- Ausbildung zum_zur Heimhelfer_in

- Menschlichkeit, Humor und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen

- Kommunikative, wertschätzende und verantwortungsvolle Umgangsformen

- Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit

- Bereitschaft zu Nacht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

IHRE ARBEITSZEIT:

- 38,5 Stunden pro Woche

- Einteilung nach Dienstplan

- nach Absprache auch Teilzeit möglich

Die Einstufung erfolgt nach den Bestimmungen des GVBG 2012.

Das Monatsentgelt kann sich durch anrechenbare Vordienstzeiten erhöhen. Auf § 2 des Gemeinde-Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes 2005 in Verbindung mit § 7 des Landes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes 2005 wird hingewiesen.
