Im Caritas Pflegewohnhaus Eggersdorf schaffen wir Lebensräume voller Sicherheit, Geborgenheit und Lebensfreude. Mit individueller Betreuung und ganz viel Herz gestalten wir einen Alltag, in dem das körperliche und seelische Wohl unserer Bewohner*innen im Mittelpunkt steht.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine Heimhilfe für Teilzeit (20 - 30 Wochenstunden). 1 Heimhelfer/in

Was dich bei uns erwartet

· Sinnvolle Aufgabe: Du bringst Lebensfreude in den Alltag unserer Bewohner*innen und schenkst

ihnen ein Stück Zuhause

· Mehr Zeit für dich: Zwei zusätzliche Urlaubstage ab dem 2. Dienstjahr sowie frei an Karfreitag,

am 24.12. und 31.12.

bis zu € 2.743,00 brutto mit Vordienstzeiten (Vollzeit), plus Zulagen für Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagsdienste

· Du planst und gestaltest Aktivitäten, die den Alltag lebendiger und schöner machen

Das erwarten wir von Dir

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Heimhilfe (Nostrifikation bei ausländischem Abschluss notwendig)

· Empathie, Geduld und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

· Flexibilität, Teamgeist und Belastbarkeit

· Gute kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
