WAS DICH ERWARTET

* Mitarbeit im Team der mobilen Pflege und Betreuung

* Sicherung sozialer Grundbedürfnisse durch Aufrechterhaltung und Förderung der Selbstständigkeit

* Unterstützung bei der Basisversorgung und Weiterführung des Haushalts durch hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten

* Anleitung von Auszubildenden und neuen Mitarbeitern der Heimhilfe

* Dokumentation

WOMIT DU UNS BEGEISTERN KANNST

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Heimhilfe nach dem Oö. Sozialberufegesetz

* ggf. Berufsanerkennung bzw. Nostrifikation in Österreich

* Führerschein der Gruppe B und eigener PKW

* Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung (16 Std. in 2 Jahren)

* Freude an der Arbeit mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative im Handeln
