In unserem Sozialzentrum Sitzenberg-Reidling mit Wohngruppen für Menschen mit Demenz, eigenem Fitnesscenter und schönem Garten sorgen wir für die bestmögliche Lebensqualität der betreuten Menschen. Die 67 Bewohner:innen sollen diesen Lebensabschnitt in Sicherheit und Geborgenheit bei uns verbringen. Mit vielen Aktivitäten bringen wir Abwechslung in ihr Leben. Unsere Näher am Menschen-Programme unterstützen uns bei der Pflege und Betreuung.

Meine Aufgaben - Näher am Menschen

* Unterstützung des Pflegeteams bei der Basisversorgung

* Unterstützung bei der Zubereitung und Einnahme von Mahlzeiten

* Einfache Aktivierung der Bewohner:innen und Förderung ihrer sozialen Kontakte

* Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung hauswirtschaftlicher Tätigkeiten

(z. B. Wäscheversorgung, Reinigung und Desinfektion von Einrichtungs- und Gebrauchsgegenständen)
