Wir suchen 1 Heimhilfe/Alltagsbegleitung (m/w/d) Mobile Pflege und Betreuung Bezirk Murtal

Die Abteilung Pflege und Betreuung leistet mit jährlich ca. 565.000 Hausbesuchen in über 150 Gemeinden einen wichtigen Anteil in der Gesundheitsversorgung und der Abdeckung des Pfelgebedarfs vor allem der älteren Bevölkerung in der Steiermark.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

Gemäß Steiermärkischem Sozialbetreuungsberufegesetz, insbesondere:

* Hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten

* Einfache Aktivierung (z. B. Anregung zur Beschäftigung)

* Förderung von Kontakten im sozialen Umfeld

* Hygienische Maßnahmen (z. B. Wäschegebarung)

* Beobachtung des Allgemeinzustandes

* Unterstützung bei der Basisversorgung (UBV)

IHR PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Heimhelfer:in

* Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterentwicklung

* Verantwortungsvolles und zielorientiertes Arbeiten

* Fähigkeit zur empathischen Kommunikation mit kranken und/oder betagten Menschen

* Führerschein B, Freude am Fahren

GEHALT: Die Entlohnung erfolgt laut gültigen Kollektivvertrag für das ÖRK, Anhang B mit einem monatlichen Bruttogehalt von mindestens € 2.494,30 für 37 WoStd. unter Berücksichtigung von Vordienstzeiten.
