Wir sind ein kleines Team, das von gegenseitiger Wertschätzung und Zusammenarbeit geprägt ist. Unser Ziel ist es, Selbstständigkeit zu erhalten, Lebensqualität zu fördern und Sicherheit im eigenen Zuhause zu geben.

Unter diesem Leitgedanken betreuen wir seit vielen Jahren Menschen in Kaisermühlen im Rahmen der Hauskrankenpflege. Mit unseren vielfältigen zusätzlichen Angeboten sind wir eine wichtige Anlaufstelle für die Menschen in Kaisermühlen.

Zur Pflege und Betreuung unserer Klientinnen und Klienten in deren eigenen Wohnungen suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Hauskrankenpflege eine/einen 1 Heimhilfe Aufgaben

* Hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten

* Einfache Aktivierung (z.B. Anregung zur Beschäftigung)

* Förderung von Kontakten im sozialen Umfeld

* Hygienische Maßnahmen (z.B. Wäschegebarung)

* Beobachtung des Allgemeinzustandes

* Unterstützung bei der Basisversorgung (UBV)

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Heimhelfer:in, wünschenswert Erfahrung in der HKP

* Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterentwicklung

* Verantwortungsvolles und zielorientiertes Arbeiten

* Fähigkeit zur empathischen Kommunikation mit kranken und/oder betagten Menschen

* Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend in Wort und Schrift

Angebot

* Sie arbeiten in einem kleinen Team mit einem sehr guten Betriebsklima.

* Es erwartet Sie eine umfassende Einarbeitungsphase sowie anschließend ein interessantes und abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet.

* Wir sind ausschließlich im Stadtteil "Kaisermühlen", tätig. Das bedeutet für Sie ein überschaubares Betreuungsgebiet ohne lange Wegzeiten.

* Wir bieten regelmäßige Teambesprechungen, Weiterbildungen sowie Supervision.

Teilzeit (25 bis 30 Stunden) ab sofort

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem Caritas KV. Das monatliche Mindestbruttogehalt auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung € 2.403,20 (zzgl. VkA-Zulage, dienstspezifischer Zulagen, Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung).
