Vandaag plaats je een hek bij een school, morgen sta je op een bedrijventerrein. Elke dag is anders, maar één ding blijft hetzelfde: jij werkt met je handen in de buitenlucht en zorgt dat het hekwerk netjes staat. Je werkt met goed gereedschap, leert het vak in de praktijk en bent fysiek bezig. Beton storten, palen zetten en monteren - jij doet het allemaal. Je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben, als je maar zin hebt om te leren en aan te pakken. En je weet: aan het eind van de dag heb je samen iets neergezet wat blijft staan. - Hekwerken en poorten plaatsen bij bedrijven, instellingen en particulieren - Graven, beton storten en palen waterpas zetten - Monteren van schuifpoorten, draaipoorten en toegangssystemen - Werken met gereedschap, machines en metaal - Klussen afwerken en zorgen dat het terrein netjes wordt achtergelaten.
