Omring - Nieuwe Steen 36, 1625 HV Hoorn Medewerker Huishouding HulpThuis (Den Helder en/of Julianadorp) - Wij zoeken versterking voor ons huishoudelijk team voor 12 uur per week (met uitbreiding van uren in de toekomst) Waar je komt te werken HulpThuis biedt huishoudelijke zorg in de gemeente Den Helder en Julianadorp. Het zijn zelfstandig wonende ouderen in de wijk. Van aanleunwoning tot vrijstaand huis. De cliënt heeft een beschikking van de gemeente Den Helder met een aantal uur per week. Je ondersteunt de cliënt in de huishoudelijke werkzaamheden waar de cliënt het niet meer zelfstandig kan. Je start om 09:00 uur bij je eerste cliënt. Wanneer je werkdag klaar is hangt af van het aantal cliënten op een dag. Heb jij nog een kind op de basisschool en werk je het liefst alleen onder schooltijden? Dat kan! Wat je gaat doen Je gaat samen met de cliënt de huishoudelijke werkzaamheden verrichten. Deze werkzaamheden voer je zelfstandig in samenspraak met de cliënt uit. Dit zullen de wekelijkse werkzaamheden zijn en soms is er ruimte voor iets extra's. Je hebt - een dienstverlenende houding; - kan goed samenwerken met de cliënt; - oog voor hygiëne en de werkzaamheden die uitgevoerd moeten worden; - affiniteit met de doelgroep en een positieve instelling; - Een signalerende functie. Je bent - in staat om zelfstandig te werken; - een harde werker met een flinke dosis enthousiasme en gevoel voor kwaliteit; - flexibel inzetbaar. Wat zorgen voor - ruimte om te groeien als professional en als mens; - een contract voor een jaar op basis van 12 uur per week, met uitbreiding van uren in de toekomst wanneer gewenst; - een leuke baan in een flexibele werkomgeving; - een aantrekkelijke eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van het bruto jaarinkomen.
