Premier Tech Systems and Automation B.V. - Eersel Eersel logoHelpdesk Engineer Premier Tech Systems and Automation B.V. - Eersel Helpdesk Engineer - Eersel - 40 uur per week - MBO, HBO Jouw toekomstige rol Als Helpdesk Engineer binnen Premier Tech Systems and Automation, dat geavanceerde industriële apparatuuroplossingen ontwikkelt en op de markt brengt, zul je hoofdzakelijk telefonische technische ondersteuning bieden aan klanten en onze Field Service Engineers. - Technische problemen oplossen die klanten tegenkomen en hun vragen telefonisch beantwoorden. - Het voorstellen van de aanschaf van technische service of vervangende onderdelen. - Rapporten voltooien met betrekking tot probleemoplossing. - Preventief onderhoud promoten. - Klachten van klanten ontvangen en de opvolging ervan verzekeren. - Helpen bij het oplossen van problemen voor Field Service Engineers wanneer zij op servicebezoeken zijn of apparatuur op klantlocaties aanpassen. - Indien nodig kleine wijzigingen aanbrengen in de apparatuur van klanten. - Online assistentie verlenen via VPN. - Klantgegevens invoeren en bijwerken in ons CRM-systeem. - Indien nodig on-site service verlenen. - Up-to-date blijven met de nieuwste apparatuur. Dit ben jij - Opleiding op mbo/hbo-niveau in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of industriëel onderhoud. - Minimaal één jaar relevante werkervaring. - Kennis over werken met elektrische, mechanische en pneumatische componenten, evenals met PLC's zoals Siemens of Allen Bradley. - Beschikbaar voor oproepdiensten. - Klantgericht: klantbeleving staat voorop! - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels - andere talen zijn een voordeel. - Jij beschikt over de DRIVER mentaliteit!
