Helpdesk medewerker in Hilversum bij de Alliantie! Kun jij empathie en professionaliteit moeiteloos combineren? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou voor de functie van helpdesk medewerker in Hilversum! Wat ga je doen? Voor één van onze opdrachtgevers, een woningcorporatie in Hilversum, zijn wij op zoek naar een helpdesk medewerker. Een functie waarin jij je de hele dag bezighoudt met het beantwoorden van vragen van verschillende huurders. Of het nu gaat om een reparatieverzoek of een betalingsregeling, bij jou zijn ze altijd aan het juiste adres. Jij bent de wandelende encyclopedie als het gaat om deze huurdersvragen. Ervaring binnen een callcenter of vergelijkbare klantenservice is wel een must. Deze (zo nu en dan) pittige gesprekken gaan niet bij iedereen in de koude kleren zitten en wij zijn er graag zeker van dat je weet waar je aan begint. Daarnaast houd jij de gesprekken kort en bondig, zo efficiënt mogelijk. Als helpdesk medewerker bij de Alliantie moet jij goed kunnen bepalen wat prioriteit heeft. Werkdagen Je kunt voor 21, 22,5 of 28 uur aan de slag. Ga je 21 uur aan de slag? Dan kun je een vaste vrije dag kiezen. Wil je 28 uur aan de slag, dan vragen we een fulltime beschikbaarheid en word je vier dagen ingepland. Wil jij 22,5 uur aan de slag? Dit kan ook, je werkt dan iedere dag van 09.30 tot 14.00 uur. Begint het bij jou helemaal te kriebelen om deze problemen zo goed mogelijk op te lossen? Mooi! Dan is dit wellicht de functie voor jou. 16 november is de eerst volgende startdatum! LET OP: Als je begint bij de Alliantie, dan start je eerst met een training van twee weken die begint op 16 november. De tijden van deze training zijn van 08.30 tot 16.00 uur.
