Ben jij handig met computersystemen en heb je een scherp luisterend oor? Voor een innovatieve en mensgerichte organisatie in de medische hulpmiddelen zoeken wij een Service Specialist Slaaptherapie. Wat ga je doen? Als Service Specialist Slaaptherapie ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor patiënten die gebruikmaken van slaapapneu-apparatuur. Je helpt hen telefonisch bij vragen, storingen en onzekerheden rondom hun behandeling. Je uitdaging? Achterhalen wat er speelt zonder het apparaat zelf te zien. Dat vraagt om scherp luisteren, doorvragen en snel schakelen. Je krijgt een uitgebreide training op het gebied van de apparatuur, de diverse computersystemen waarmee je gaat werken en de regelgeving omtrent het geven van medisch advies. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het op afstand begeleiden en adviseren van patiënten bij gebruik van apparatuur; - Analyseren van problemen en bieden van passende oplossingen; - Het ophalen van informatie uit- en verslagleggen van gesprekken in meerdere computersystemen; - Bewaken van kwaliteit en richtlijnen binnen slaaptherapie; - Omgaan met uiteenlopende zorgvragen en emoties. - Dienstverband van 24 tot 40 uur per week; - Na 6 maanden goed functioneren de mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken; - Salaris tussen €2.700 en €3.200 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur); - Contract voor 1 jaar met uitzicht op vast; - Uitgebreid inwerktraject; - Werken binnen een betrokken en deskundig team. - HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring in de customer service branche; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; - Affiniteit met zorg, klantcontact en computersystemen; - Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht; - Empathisch en geduldig in contact met patiënten.
