Door de continue groei die GMTO doormaakt staat de volgende vacature bij ons open: We zoeken iemand met interesse in voertuigtechniek en een leergierige instelling. Je krijgt de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien in een interessante en technische werkomgeving. Wat ga je doen? Als helpdeskmedewerker / technisch specialist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten met technische vragen en storingen aan voertuigen. Je werkt nauw samen met het team en krijgt daarbij een uitgebreid inwerk- en opleidingstraject. Jouw taken - Technische ondersteuning bieden aan monteurs en bedrijven, telefonisch en online - Remote diagnose uitvoeren: op afstand systemen en voertuigen overnemen om storingen op te lossen - Praktisch bezig zijn in de werkplaats, waar we storingen vanuit heel Nederland oplossen - Samenwerken in een team, waarbij je altijd kunt sparren met collega's voor de beste oplossing Elke dag is anders, en je krijgt volop ruimte om je technische en communicatieve vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Jouw profiel Je hebt een oplossingsgerichte instelling en vindt het leuk om problemen te benaderen. Daarnaast heb je communicatieve vaardigheden en weet je technische kennis op een goede manier over te brengen. Verder beschik je over: - Een technische opleiding in de richting van autotechniek of elektronica - Enig ervaring met voertuigdiagnose en het gebruik van diagnosetesters - Interesse in softwarematige en elektronische voertuigsystemen - Beheersing van de Engelse taal (i.v.m. internationale software en documentatie) Wat wij bieden Bij GMTO Alkmaar BV kom je terecht in een interressante werkomgeving waar techniek en kennisdeling centraal staan.
