Wat ga je doen? Vind je het prettig om mensen op weg te helpen en houd je ervan om verschillende vragen te behandelen? Als tijdelijk parttime helpdeskmedewerker bij een vakbond in Utrecht sta je leden en andere belangstellenden telefonisch te woord. Je helpt hen met hun vragen en geeft uitleg over de dienstverlening. Je begint bij de belastingservice, waar je vragen over belastingzaken beantwoordt en afspraken inplant. Zodra je deze werkzaamheden hebt opgepakt, word je ingewerkt op de algemene servicelijn. Daar help je mensen met uiteenlopende vragen over werk en arbeidsrecht. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan vragen over de regels bij ziekte van een werknemer of over ploegendiensten binnen een bedrijf. Zo krijg je te maken met verschillende situaties en help je mensen met eerstelijnsvragen over hun werk en rechten. Over de organisatie Je werkt bij een vakbond in Utrecht die de belangen van werknemers in Nederland vertegenwoordigt. De organisatie richt zich onder andere op eerlijke arbeidsvoorwaarden, gelijke behandeling en een rechtvaardig salaris. Binnen het team draag je bij aan de ondersteuning van mensen die vragen hebben over hun werk en rechten. Praktische informatie De opdracht heeft een looptijd van zeven maanden en biedt mogelijk uitzicht op verlenging. Je werkt 32 tot 36 uur per week en kunt op korte termijn starten.
