Jobomschrijving

Voor een snelgroeiende en toonaangevende speler in beveiligingsoplossingen voor retail en non-retail, met vestiging in Kontich, zijn we bij Unique op zoek naar een Helpdeskmedewerker.

Als Helpdeskmedewerker ben jij het eerste technische aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega’s. Je ondersteunt uiteenlopende beveiligingssystemen, waaronder CCTV, People-Counting- en toegangscontrolesystemen en analyseert en verhelpt storingen op een snelle en efficiënte manier.

Dit is een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan klanten via telefoon, mail en remote access en beantwoordt klantvragen, lost hard-, soft- en netwerkproblemen op en informeert klanten proactief.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning CCTV; IP-camera’s, NVR’s, VMS-platformen, videoanalyse- en AI-functionaliteiten, software-updates en dergelijke.
  • Je configureert en kalibreert systemen voor People-Counting en troubleshoot problemen ivm sensoren, rapportering en data-exports.
  • Je stelt diagnoses van EAS-installaties, lost detectieproblemen op en documenteert configuraties.
  • Je voert software- en firmware-updates uit, biedt ondersteuning bij de inbedrijfstelling van systemen en health monitoring.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met field engineers, sales, projectteams en leveranciers en neemt deel aan het testen van nieuwe producten en software.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je behaalde een Bachelorsdiploma IT, Informatica, Elektronica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je kijkt terug op minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een IT-supportfunctie of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van: TCP/ IP-netwerken Windows Server Remote support tools VPN-oplossingen CCTV-hardware en IP-camera’s ..
  • Je bent klantgericht en service minded.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
