Als parttime helpdeskmedewerker ben jij het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor de huurders van sociale huurwoning van de Alliantie in Hilversum. Dankzij jouw inzet ervaren bewoners een prettig en zorgeloos woonproces. Of iemand nu belt over beschikbare woningen, een storing in huis of vragen heeft over betalingen. Jij zorgt voor duidelijkheid en ondersteuning. Iedere werkdag brengt weer nieuwe situaties met zich mee, waardoor jouw functie lekker afwisselend is. Jouw takenpakket - Je beantwoordt telefonische vragen van huurders en na 6 maanden kan je ook kiezen voor mailbox-beheer. - Je biedt ondersteuning bij uiteenlopende woonvragen, van reparaties tot financiële regelingen. - Je handelt elk gesprek zorgvuldig en efficiënt af. - Je beoordeelt welke meldingen urgent zijn en stelt de juiste prioriteiten. De Alliantie is een open en betrokken woningcorporatie die zich inzet voor betaalbare huisvesting. Met meer dan 50.000 sociale huurwoningen in Hilversum en omgeving werk je bij een organisatie waar de huurder altijd centraal staat. Hier krijg je de kans om een echte bijdrage te leveren aan de leefomgeving van bewoners. Wie zoeken we? Je bent enthousiast, communicatief vaardig en weet goed om te gaan met verschillende emoties.
