Over De Heer Medicom De Heer Medicom is een groeiend ontwikkelbedrijf dat zich voornamelijk richt op de langdurige zorg. Met slimme zorgtechnologie ondersteunen wij zorgprofessionals en hun cliënten en dragen we bij aan een veilige en prettige zorgomgeving. Ons team bestaat uit betrokken professionals die samen werken aan betrouwbare en innovatieve oplossingen voor de zorg. Wat ga je doen? Op onze helpdesk komen dagelijks meldingen, servicevragen en storingen van klanten binnen. Samen met je collega's zorg jij ervoor dat deze goed worden verwerkt en opgevolgd. Daarbij ligt jouw nadruk vooral op de administratieve kant van de helpdesk en het bewaken van de voortgang. Je registreert meldingen, controleert of alle benodigde informatie aanwezig is en houdt in de gaten wat er met openstaande tickets gebeurt. Is een collega of externe partner aan zet? Dan bewaak jij of de melding wordt opgepakt. Duurt iets te lang of ontbreekt er informatie? Dan ga jij erachteraan. Je hebt dus een belangrijke rol in het bewaken van het overzicht en de voortgang. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken van meldingen van klanten en deze registreren in ons ticketsysteem; - Bij drukte ondersteunen bij het aannemen en registreren van telefonische meldingen; - Controleren of tickets volledig en duidelijk zijn vastgelegd; - Bewaken van de voortgang van openstaande meldingen; - Controleren of collega's en externe partners de benodigde acties hebben uitgevoerd; - Signaleren wanneer een melding te lang openstaat en hier actie op ondernemen; - Klanten informeren over de status en voortgang van hun melding; - Administratief verwerken en correct afsluiten van tickets; - Controleren van gegevens ten behoe...
