Voor een sterk technologisch IT bedrijf in Oostkamp gaan wij op zoek naar een helpdeskmedewerker. In deze job ben jij het 1ste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die problemen ervaren met hun software. Je leest software maar je hoeft hier helemaal geen IT diploma voor te hebben. Wel een gezonde interesse in IT. Want hier leer je alles aan!

Hoe ziet jouw job er uit?

  • Voor de klanten ben je een behulpzame gesprekspartner. Je luistert aandachtig naar welke problemen ze ervaren.
  • Op basis van bestaande procedures en werkinstructies, zorg je voor antwoorden op vragen en het herstellen van storingen.
  • Elk contact handel je correct af. Kan je het niet oplossen dan dispatch je de vraag naar een andere afdeling . Is het probleem opgelost? Dan handel je deze af in het systeem.
  • Je registreert al jouw activiteiten correct en zorgt voor de nodige feedback.
  • Je hebt een kennis binnen de IT
  • Communicatief sterk en sociaal zijn 2 van jouw sterke troeven.
  • Qua talenkennis ben je perfect Nederlandstalig. Daarnaast heb je ook een stevige kennis Frans.
  • Je houdt ervan om zelfstandig problemen op te lossen.
  • Analytisch ben je sterk onderlegd.
  • Jouw uurrooster is flexibel want je hebt een uurrooster inclusief weekends. Natuurlijk in een beurtrol en je krijgt hier ook een zeer mooie verloning voor in de plaats.
  • Franse kennis is een vereiste.
