Samen met ongeveer 70 collega's zorg je ervoor dat de IT-dienstverlening voor de Belastingdienst soepel verloopt. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers met IT-vragen en incidenten. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte aanpak en technische kennis help je mee aan het oplossen van problemen en het verbeteren van de IT-ervaring voor alle gebruikers. Wat ga je doen: - Beantwoorden van IT-gerelateerde vragen via telefoon en het registreren van meldingen in het ticketsysteem. - Oplossen van incidenten en storingen met behulp van de solution database. - Bewaken van afgesproken afhandeltermijnen en zorgen voor een tijdige opvolging. - Ondersteunen van gebruikers op het gebied van werkplekken, communicatiemiddelen en infrastructuur. - Bijdragen aan een professionele en efficiënte IT-dienstverlening binnen een maatschappelijk relevante organisatie.
