Je draagt bij aan een veilige en warme omgeving, waarbij je dagelijkse verzorging biedt en medicatie aanreikt, terwijl je de bewoners begeleidt volgens hun zorgleefplan. Jouw dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden - Dagelijkse basiszorg van bewoners, inclusief wassen, aan- en uitkleden en ondersteunen bij eten en drinken. - Verantwoordelijk voor het aanreiken van medicatie volgens de gestelde richtlijnen. - Creëren van een huiselijke sfeer door middel van praatjes, spelletjes en persoonlijke aandacht. - Begeleiden van bewoners conform hun persoonlijke behoeften en wensen zoals vastgelegd in het zorgleefplan. - Observeren en signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheid of het welzijn van bewoners en dit melden aan de verantwoordelijke zorgverlener.
