Je helpt bij dagelijkse handelingen en zorgt ervoor dat cliënten zich prettig, veilig en gehoord voelen. Daarbij kies je zelf een werkomgeving die bij jou past. Je dienst begint met een overdracht, zodat je weet wat er speelt. Daarna ga je aan de slag en werk je samen met collega's om goede zorg te bieden. Je let goed op veranderingen bij cliënten en bespreekt deze met je collega's.
