Ben jij als Helpende of Helpende plus op zoek naar een baan voor in het weekend? Lees dan snel verder! Als Helpende ben je samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor het geven van zorg op hoog niveau. Je levert een bijdrage aan een prettig woon- en leefklimaat van de bewoner. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is om op een positieve manier de interactie tussen de bewoners te stimuleren. Je helpt de bewoners bij de ADL handelingen en moedigt hen hierbij aan om zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig te doen. Daarnaast maak je op een prettige manier contact met de bewoners en geeft hen net dat beetje extra aandacht wat zo belangrijk is. Je signaleert bijzonderheden en bespreekt dit met je collega's. Je maakt notities in het zorgdossier van de bewoners zodat ook je collega's goed geïnformeerd zijn. Heb je jouw Helpende Plus-certificaat nog niet? Geen probleem! De locatie bevindt zich in de wijk Ommoord in het noordoosten van Rotterdam, en kenmerkt zich door een vriendelijke en open sfeer. De bewoners komen voornamelijk uit de omgeving.
