Met jouw aandacht en vakmanschap zorg je ervoor dat zij zo zelfstandig en comfortabel mogelijk thuis kunnen blijven wonen. Zo ben jij voor veel cliënten het vertrouwde gezicht van hun dag. Bij ons werk je in een kleine organisatie: de lijnen zijn kort, de sfeer is gemoedelijk en je voelt je snel verbonden met je collega's. De eigen regie van de cliënt staat centraal - cliënt, netwerk en zorgprofessional werken als gelijkwaardige partners samen aan kwaliteit van zorg. Technologie staat bij ons hoog in het vaandel. En je werkt naar een vast contract, zonder gebroken diensten in je basisrooster.
