Locatie De Vijverhof in Assen is op zoek naar een nieuwe collega. Voor De Vijverhof in Assen zoeken we een betrokken en enthousiaste helpende die samen met collega's iedere dag bijdraagt aan een fijne woonomgeving voor onze bewoners. Wat ga je doen? Als helpende ondersteun je onze bewoners bij de dagelijkse verzorging. Je werkt met mensen met een psychogeriatrische aandoening, zoals dementie, en stimuleert hen om zoveel mogelijk zelf te blijven doen. Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan alleen zorg: - Je bent een vertrouwd gezicht en biedt bewoners rust en veiligheid; - Je draagt bij aan een fijne, huiselijke sfeer op de afdeling; - Je signaleert veranderingen en speelt hierop in; - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, familie en andere disciplines. Wie ben jij? Jij bent iemand die met aandacht en betrokkenheid werkt en energie haalt uit persoonlijk contact. Daarnaast: - Heb je affiniteit met psychogeriatrische zorg (dementie); - Werk je zelfstandig, maar voel je je ook thuis in een hecht team; - Ben je geduldig, betrokken en positief ingesteld; - Ben je in het bezit van een diploma Helpende Zorg & Welzijn (niveau 2). Wat bieden wij jou? - Een tijdelijk contract voor 24 tot 28 uur per week; - Een salaris volgens cao VVT, functiegroep 25 (maximaal € 3.233,35 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week); - 8% vakantiegeld en een vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%; - Collectiviteitskortingen op onder meer zorg- en autoverzekeringen; - Een meerkeuzesysteem arbeidsvoorwaarden (bijv. fietsregeling of een ICT-product); - Toegang tot ' Samenvitaler ' - een platform vol tips en tools op het gebied van duurzame inzetbaar...
