Als helpende ondersteun je, onder verantwoordelijkheid van een collega, onze bewoners bij de dagelijkse zorg en begeleiding. Je werkt met mensen met een verstandelijke beperking en moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag en draagt bij aan een veilige, vertrouwde en prettige woonomgeving. Je inzet is vooral in de avonduren. Wat ga je doen? Geen avond is hetzelfde. De ene keer help je een bewoner bij de persoonlijke verzorging, de andere keer ondersteun je tijdens een gezamenlijke maaltijd of bied je rust en structuur aan het einde van de dag. Je werkt vanuit individuele begeleidingsplannen en kijkt vooral naar de persoon achter de hulpvraag. Samen met je collega's bied je passende zorg en begeleiding, waarbij keuzevrijheid, zelfstandigheid en persoonlijke aandacht centraal staan. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse zorg en persoonlijke verzorging. - Begeleiden van bewoners in het dagelijks leven. - Bijdragen aan een veilige, vertrouwde en prettige woonomgeving. - Werken vanuit individuele begeleidingsplannen. - Samenwerken met collega's om passende zorg en begeleiding te bieden. - Bijdragen aan een positieve sfeer binnen het team. Jouw werkplek Bij De Boog in 's-Gravenpolder wonen 18 bewoners en is er ruimte voor twee logees. Iedere bewoner heeft een eigen appartement en ontvangt 24-uurszorg op basis van zijn of haar indicatie en begeleidingsplan. Overdag zijn veel bewoners naar hun werk of dagbesteding.
